PAYMENT
Get started with no money up front. Request your
mailing list count and then work with our mailing
consultant to refine your list and establish a
budget. When your list and budget have been
finalized it is time to start working on your
postcard design. A $100 deposit will be required at
this point. A draft proof will be sent the next
business day after the deposit is made. Our art
department will make whatever changes are necessary
(at no extra charge) until you are satisfied with
the design. The remaining balance must be paid in
full a week prior to the mailing. Credit card
payments are processed using Google Checkout. If you
prefer you may also mail us a check.
POSTCARD PROOF PRIOR TO PRINTING
Prior to printing your postcards a proof will be provided. Be sure
to check phone number, address, special offers, etc. There is no
charge for changes and a new proof will be sent after each change
is made. When you are satisfied with the proof, final payment is due. By paying for the postcards you are
authorizing the printing and accept responsibility for the accuracy
of the copy shown on the final postcard proof. Mistakes or errors
(including typos) cannot be corrected after the final payment is
made.
MAIL DATE
After making your final payment a mail date will be assigned -
usually within 5 to 7 business days.
MAIL DELIVERY TIME
All postcards are mailed using the U.S. Postal Service. Standard
mail delivery time is usually 7 to 10 days. Although we can estimate
mail delivery time (based on 15 years experience), the actual
delivery of the mail is the responsibility of the U.S. Postal
Service. DynamicDirect.com cannot be responsible for any delivery
delays including those caused by weather or any other reason after
the postcards have been mailed.
VERIFICATION OF MAILING AND SAMPLE POSTCARD
A receipt from the U.S. Postal Service will be provided as
verification that the mailing was sent. A sample of the postcards
that were mailed will also be provided.

Prices for Print, Label and Mail Services include one time
usage of your custom mailing list.
AGE AND
INCOME SELECTION
Age and income criteria for saturation list
selection is based on an average for the
neighborhood. In other words, if the majority of the
households meets the age and/or income criteria you
request, the entire neighborhood is included in the
count.
