rates higher when I provide my own list?
Postal rates used for
standard mail vary depending on saturation.
Total saturation of a neighborhood (everyone gets
the mailing) qualifies for the lowest rate.
Mailing lists that are less than total saturation
are mailed at a higher postage rate.
The postal rates used by all direct mail companies
are the same.
